I Had a Blast

We have some cute a la modes to show this month!  Now that we've started the summer off right (hello, June!), it's time to start thinking about fireworks and the fourth (if you're in the U.S.).  It's about this time of year we eat lots of watermelon--always thinking about food over here.  :)

Anyhow, a la modes Firecracker is here with a festive card.  I went with a red/white/blue color combo and I had to use the new Star STAX Die-namics.

I stamped the image in Memento ink and colored her with Copics.  I cut her with the Rectangle STAX Die-namics which work perfectly for the a la modes or the PIs.  I had been needing a rectangle that offered a good frame for my favorite images.  

I also used the new Traditional Tags STAX Die-namics.  If you look closely at the top, you'll notice the bottom layer of the Rounded Banner Trio Die-namics which fits perfectly on top.  It makes the most perfect little tag topper!
